A Dollar. A Choice.

Full script
Give a child a dollar. Spend it now, or hold on for something better?
In the half-second before they choose, hundreds of invisible impulses are already firing. Everything pulling them toward now, everything whispering wait. And here is what we kept noticing: most financial education asks a child what they know. It tests the definition of interest, the parts of a budget, the difference between a want and a need. But a child can know all of that and still spend the dollar. Knowing and deciding are not the same skill. The FLIQ Score is built around the second one.
“A dollar. A choice.” → “Hundreds of impulses. One decision.” → “Most education asks what a child knows.” → “A child can know it and still spend it.” → “Not what they know. How they decide.”
